We’ve had a bit of craziness going on around here, so it’s little late this month, but here is our February Meal Plan. I hope it’s helpful! I’ve attached two copies. One is a PDF version, and the other is an Excel version if you’d like to use the template to create your own meal plan. Happy Planning! UPDATE: Thanks to everyone for entering. Congratulations to the winner, Rebecca K! Even if you didn’t win this time, consider adding We Choose Virtues to your family’s day. We’ve been very glad we did. As some of you may have noticed in Our Curriculum Choices, we use We Choose Virtues as a part of our character building. I’m all about making memories, but I prefer not to remember them every time I look at the table. Sharpie is permanent, or is it?   Next time this happens to you, grab some rubbing alcohol and cotton balls and scrub a little… And scrub a little more, until… Viola! Good as new. Once, a couple of years ago, my youngest (at church) drew on a dry erase board with Sharpie....

December is here! It’s my favorite time of the year, but it’s also a very busy time of year. One of the ways I make any busy schedule easier is by meal planning. If I don’t look ahead at the month and plan food for my family, I find myself flying by the seat of my pants…digging through the cupboards at 5pm, and having quite a bit of spaghetti, grilled cheese sandwiches, or even….dare I admit it….cereal… I’ve attached two copies of our December meal plan to help you get started on yours. One...
